The Shires Tempest lightweight turnout rug is a waterproof and breathable rug that is suitable for mild wet weather with a built in integral neck cover.
Made from a 600 denier ripstop fabric that has been fully lined, the light weight turnout rug features front clip breast straps, adjustable cross surcingles, 2 velcro neck closures, a fillet string and a tail flap. 9330C
