The Caldene Plain Snaffle Bridle comes with a plain wide cavesson noseband that are made from beautifully supple vegetable tanned leather. The Caldene plain wide cavesson bridles are ideal for horses with a fuller head and look great in the show ring as well as for general riding.

Vegetable tanned leather is eco-friendly, in contrast to most chemically tanned leathers, as chrome tanning produces toxic waste. The vegetable tanning process takes longer but ensures the leather is extremely strong and supple. The resulting leather has a beautiful consistent finish, is very strong, supple and hypoallergenic.
