Chaste Berry has been used for centuries as a hormone balancer. It has been written about since 400 B.C. and was widely used in Greek and Roman cultures. Hormonise, from SP Equine Health and Herbal, which is based on liquid Chaste Berry, [vitex agnus-castus], can naturally help where hormone imbalance can cause PMT in mares and produce irritable and unpredictable behaviour. Use on mares who are prone to 'phantom' seasons and pregnancies. Use prior to stud or at any times when mares are showing irritability at the time of their seasons or immediately before their seasons.
